LifeLines books are produced by
craftsmen using traditional methods. The hardbacks come in a range of
bindings from full leather, to quarter and half-bound volumes with hand
marbled papers. They also bind in a variety of beautifully coloured book
cloths. Only the best materials are used, and these books will still look as
lovely 200 years from now.Although they will produce print-on-demand
editions if asked, their main paperbacks are also stitched, as opposed to
the more normal glued, or ‘perfect bound’ editions, and this makes them much
more durable.
LifeLines Press also differ from other publishers in that no standard
templates are used in the layout of the books, which makes each edition
unique. Great care is taken with the treatment of illustrative material and
the designers work closely with the authors.
LifeLines Press offers an initial face-to-face consultation free of
charge to anyone wanting to explore the possibility of publication with
them. You can find out more about them at
